2 yarns I didn't like, make one I do like.

 Last year I went to a yarn store I hadn't been to in years. Then I found out they would be closing soon. So I bought some sale yarn and went on my way. Sad to see my old favorite yarn store closing. I tucked away the yarn and tried to knit with it once and decided it was crap and I wouldn't ever use it. Then, I remembered that last year I was making hats with two strands of yarn together. So I grabbed another yarn I don't like and put them together, and guess what? It has made the most pretty yarn I have seen in some time! I can't get enough! Now I wish I had bought more, in other colors. I love the color changes and I think it would look stunning with an off white or light grey yarn instead of the solid pink. 

The first yarn is a self striping yarn, by Knitting Fever- Chromatic Lilac Twilight

And the other is by Hobby Lobby Yarntopia- Rose

I haven't decided what to make with what I am working on now. Either a zip up pouch bag, or a beanie hat or a cowl. I guess I will figure it out when I get there. I do have one more ball of the Knitting Fever yarn in the same color, so I will probably find a nice grey mix with it.  I should also be getting some new knitting needles tomorrow too. I can't wait.
